A skillful blend of a distinctive cream base, flavorful crab roe, delicate seasonings and a dash of sherry in the “Old-Fashioned” Carolina Style, enhancing the succulent Blue Crab meat for a flavor you will savor. No MSG, Artificial Flavoring or Colorings. Condensed for ease of preparation, just add and equal amount of milk. Makes: 4 servings - 15 oz. size
Ingredients:
Crab stock (water, natural crab flavoring, salt and spices), water, crab meat, onions, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, crab roe, bleached wheat flour, modified food starch, salt, sherry wine, non-dairy creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate [milk protein], mono- and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate and lecithin), natural flavorings*, lemon juice, parmesan cheese (part skim cow’s milk, cheese culture, salt and enzymes), hydrolyzed corn gluten, xanthan gum, balsamic vinegar, yeast extract, mixed tocopherols (natural source of vitamin E) and dry mustard.
*Contains natural dairy and shrimp flavorings.
Serving Directions:
Empty contents into a saucepan. Add an equal amount of milk to each can. Heat slowly, stirring often until blended. DO NOT BOIL. For a richer soup, prepare with less milk OR use light cream. Garnish with additional sherry or butter, if desired.
