Lobster and Cheddar Bisque combines a unique cream base, fresh, creamery Grade A butter, a touch of sherry, delicate seasonings, and lots of cheddar cheese to augment the tender, succulent morsels of Maine lobster meat in every rich and velvety spoonful. No MSG, or Artificial Flavorings, or artificial coloring. Condensed for ease of preparation, just add an equal amount of milk or cream. Makes: 4 servings - 15 oz. size.
Ingredients:
Lobster Stock, Lobster Meat, Cheddar Cheese (Cow's Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures and Enzymes), Tomato Puree, Sherry Wine, Modified Corn Starch, Butter, Rice Flour, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Calcium Enhanced Whey, Salt, Maltodextrin, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and/or Cottonseed Oil, Sugar, Natural Flavorings, Celery, Xanthan Gum, Onions, Spices and Oleoresin Paprika.
Serving Instructions:
Empty the contents into a saucepan. Add an equal amount of milk to each can. Heat slowly, stirring often until evenly blended. DO NOT BOIL. For a richer bisque, prepare with less milk or use light cream. Garnish with additional sherry or butter, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
