Lobster Bisque combines lots of tender real Maine lobster meat with a unique cream base, lots of fresh creamery Grade A butter, and a dash of sherry for a rich full-bodied flavor. A versatile enhancement to any menu! No MSG, Preservatives, Artificial Flavorings, or Colorings. Condensed for ease of preparation, just add an equal amount of milk or cream. Makes: 4 servings - 15 oz. size
Ingredients:
Water, Lobster Meat, Modified Food Starch, Sherry Wine, Tomato Puree, Butter, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Natural Flavorings*, Calcium Enriched Whey, Sugar, Salt, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Shortening (Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil), Xanthan Gum, Spices, and Oleoresin Paprika.
*Contains Lobster and Dairy Flavorings.
Serving Instructions:
Empty contents into a saucepan. Add an equal amount of milk to each can. Heat slowly, stirring often until evenly blended. DO NOT BOIL. For a richer bisque, prepare with less milk or use light cream. Garnish with sherry or butter, if desired.
